eStatements for Business Accounts

Express delivery of your account statement directly to your computer

Receiving your account statements electronically can be helpful in several ways:

  • Reconcile accounts sooner to meet financial reporting deadlines
  • Filing and storage easier and less costly than paper
  • Easy to share with accountants or other authorized persons outside of your business
  • View image statements online for up to 24 statement cycles
  • Can downlad and save PDF files to your network

It’s Easy. To enroll, simply notify your relationship officer or customer service representative. Then login to InBusiness the day after statement cutoff to safely and securely view and save your financial records. Once you’ve saved your statement you can view it or print it anytime.

It’s Secure. Access to view and manage your eStatement is all done through our Secured Internet banking service connection – along with your authenticated login your information is secure and safe. Eliminating the paper statement can decrease your risk of fraud. Paper statements can get lost or stolen. Information that could be obtained from your paper image statement could be used to create fraudulent checks or payment authorizations.

It’s Convenient. We will store up to 24 statement cycles of your eStatements for access through the eBanking system. It takes just a couple of clicks to save your eStatement to your electronic files. You can always print the statement when it’s needed. And if needed, we can create a paper statement for you! (There may be a fee for obtaining additional copies of your statements).

We will discontinue sending the printed-paper statement after your first eStatement has been made available to you. eStatements are saved as Adobe PDF documents and you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader (version 4.0 or higher) to access, retain or print a PDF file. If you do not have Adobe Reader, you can download it for free at Get Adobe Reader.
