Zero Liability Policy - Just review your monthly account statement and report fraudulent charges immediately to Morrill & Janes Bank. We will give you provisional credit while we investigate the transaction(s). If you report the incident promptly, your account is in good standing, and you were not negligent with the handling of your card and PIN you will be credited for any funds that were fraudulently taken from your account. For more details on your rights and responsibilities, refer to your Account Agreement which you received when you opened your account, or view the Reg E Disclosure provided with your card.
