eStatements. The quickest and safest way to manage your personal financial information. And it’s FREE!

Introducing the new Morrill & Janes Bank express delivery service for your account statements  - eStatement. With eStatement we will express deliver your statements directly to your computer – the day after your statement period ends!

It’s Easy. Simply enroll to begin receiving your account statements electronically, instead of on paper, and we will do the rest. We will send you an email message to let you know each time your electronic account statement are ready for you. Then login to either the Personal eBanking, or Business eBanking, system to safely and securely view and save your financial records. Once you’ve saved your statement you can view it or print it anytime.

It’s Secure. We don’t send any personal or confidential information in our email message to you. Access to view and manage your eStatement is all done through our Secured Internet banking service connection – along with your authenticated login your information is secure and safe. Eliminating the paper statement can decrease your risk of fraud or identify theft. Paper statements can get lost. Identity thieves steal bank statements giving them access to your personal financial information.

It’s Convenient. We will store up to 18 months of your eStatements for access through the eBanking systems. Electronic statements make recordkeeping and storage much easier. It takes just a couple of clicks to save your eStatement to your electronic files. You can always print the statement when it’s needed. And if you ever need it, your local Morrill & Janes Bank branch can create a paper statement for you! (There may be a fee for obtaining additional copies of your statements).

eStatements looks exactly like the paper statement you are used to receiving in the mail – you even still get the check and deposit images – click here to see a sample eStatement.

Getting Started. You will use one of our eBanking services to access and view your eStatement.

Eliminating your paper trail by banking and paying bills online does more than save trees. It also helps reduce fuel consumption by the trucks and planes that transport paper checks. "If every U.S. home viewed and paid its bills online, the switch would cut solid waste by 1.6 billion tons a year and curb greenhouse-gas emissions by 2.1 million tons a year..."
