Morrill & Janes Bank as their Trustee or Custodian. When acting
as a Trustee, the Morrill & Janes Bank provides professional,
fully protected and objective fiduciary service. In the event
another party serves as Trustee, the Morrill & Janes Bank
can serve as Custodian of the account assets. As Custodian, the
accounts are fully protected. Members of the Trust Department
Staff have the knowledge and ability to make safe and sounds investment
decisions. Whether serving as Trustee, Custodian, or any other
fiduciary capacity, full record keeping and accountings are provided.

Bank can serve as Conservator in order to handle an individual's
financial needs. The Morrill & Janes Bank has been appointed
by the Courts of Kansas and neighboring states to serve as Conservator.
The staff works closely with the state and federal agencies, medical
and care facilities to ensure the financial well-being of the
individual being served.
