USA Patriot Act - Important Information About Opening A New Account

OVERDRAFT PRIVILEGE WE GOT YOUR COVERED! Overdraft Privilege means... $100.00 initial Overdraft Privilege on personal checking accounts opened less than 35 calendar days. $500.00 Overdraft Privilege on personal checking accounts opened more than 35 calendar days and in good standing. $800.00 Overdraft Privilege on personal checking accounts opened more than 35 calendar days, accounts are in good standing, and accounts have recurring direct deposits. Accounts in good standing include at least: you make at least one deposit to the account each month; you bring your account to a positive balance immediately or as soon as possible and at least once every 35 calendar days; you have no legal right to defer payment of your outstanding overdrafts including our fees; you are not in default on any loan obligation to us; your account is not the subject of any legal or administrative order or levy, such as bankruptcy or tax lien. $22.00 non-sufficient fee (NSF) for each transaction presented for payment against accounts with non-sufficient funds. $3.00 daily overdraft fee for each consecutive calendar day starting the 4th calendar day that your account continues to have a negative balance. The types of transactions for which a NSF free can be imposed include, without limitation: checks; in-person withdrawals; ATM withdrawals, point-of-sale (POS) purchases; ACH payments and withdrawals; and other types of payments and withdrawals by electronic means. NSF transactions and related fees are payable immediately or you bring your account to a positive balance as soon as possible and at least once every 35 calendar days. Whether your overdraft will be paid is discretionary and we reserve the right not to pay an overdraft for you at any time, even though your account is in good standing and even though we may have previously paid overdrafts for you.
