Applying for a Morrill & Janes Bank loan is easy. Here's how it works.

2. Complete application in about 15 minutes

3. Submit Application. If submitted on-line, a loan officer will contact you by the next business day. If mailed, a loan officer will contact you by the next business day upon receipt.

• Telephone numbers and addresses for all applicants
• Information on bank accounts, mortgage, and other debt
• Employment information

For your protection, your application will time out after 15 minutes of inactivity.

Before You Begin, you should know that to apply for this account, all applicants must be U.S. citizens or resident aliens and your residential address cannot be a P.O. Box.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT OPENING A NEW ACCOUNT

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.

One section of the USA Patriot Act says we must:

• Verify the identity of any person seeking to open an account (which includes Trust, Investments, Safe Deposit, Loans and Deposit Accounts).
  
  
• Maintain records of the information used to verify the person's identity including name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you.

Morrill and Janes Bank will follow this Federal law by verifying picture identification card(s), such as your driver's license or other identifying documents. In some cases, picture identification will be requested for existing customers because original documentation was not obtained when the account was opened. In all cases, protection of our customer's identity and confidentiality is the Bank's pledge to you.
