GOOD NEWS!
We’ve made Personal eBanking with Morrill & Janes Bank more secure than ever!
We’ve added an additional layer of security to our login process. This helps ensure that Your information is secure….helping to protect you from fraud and identity theft.
Our system will now verify your identity in 2 ways –
We will identify you (by your access ID and remembering your computer)
You will identify Morrill & Janes Bank by using a private image and pass phrase.
It’s very easy to use! Continue on to learn how to enroll and how to login to Personal eBanking with this new service.
First, Log into Personal eBanking with your current Access ID.
Next, enter your personal Password.
The first time you login, after the new service begins, you will automatically go to an Enrollment Form and complete 4 steps:
Congratulations!
That’s it! You have now completed the enrollment for this new more secure service!

The next time you login, our new enhanced online security will recognize you and display your private image and pass phrase.
Be Careful!
If the image and/or pass phrase does NOT match your Private Image and Pass Phrase – DO NOT ENTER YOUR PASSWORD. Close your browser and contact the bank for assistance.
How to login from another computer.
Follow these steps when logging in from a computer other than the one you enrolled with.
If we don’t recognize this computer as one you have registered during enrollment, we will ask you to correctly answer one of your security questions.
If you answer the security question correctly, an authentication image and pass phrase will be displayed.
That’s it! You will now be securely logged into
 Personal eBanking.
Remember!
If the image and/or pass phrase does NOT match your Private Image and Pass Phrase – DO NOT ENTER YOUR PASSWORD. Close your browser and contact the bank for assistance.
Changing your Private Image, Pass Phrase and other security information…
You have the ability to change your Private Image, personal Pass Phrase and Security Questions/answers at any time by using the Personal eBanking system.
After you have successfully logged into Personal eBanking, click on the Options button, and select Change Security Data.

Look through the images until you find one you like. More images are available by clicking on the                  button.
Clicking on “Remember Image” will keep that image (up to 7) on your screen to compare to other images you like.
Your new Private Image is selected. Now update your personal Pass Phrase to go with your new Private Image.
