Opening a Morrill & Janes Bank Home
Equity Line of Credit is easy. Here's how it works.
1. Review Home
Equity Line of Credit Disclosure and
When Your Home is on the Line
booklet- you may print and save this information for your records.

2. Review important information
about opening a new account.
3. Complete application in about
15 minutes
4. Submit Application.
If submitted on-line, a loan officer will contact you by the
next business day. If mailed, a loan officer will contact you
by the next business day upon receipt.

- Name(s) and Social Security Number(s)
- Telephone numbers and addresses for
all applicants
- Information on bank accounts, mortgage,
and other debt
- Employment information
What You Should Know
For your protection, your application
will time out after 15 minutes of inactivity.
Before You Begin, you should know
that this product is limited to homeowners and residents in
the following counties: Brown, Doniphan, Jackson, Nemaha, and
Pottawatomie. All applicants must be U.S. citizens or resident
aliens and your residential address cannot be a P.O. Box.
