 * Annual Percentage Yield, effective as of the current date. Interest will be compounded daily and credited to your account monthly. If you close your account before interest is credited, you will receive the accrued interest. We use the Daily Balance Method that applies a daily periodic rate to the balance in the account each day. Interest will begin to accrue no later than the business day we receive credit for the deposit of noncash items (e.g. checks) into your account. We may change your interest rate and yield may change at any time without prior notice. Fees could reduce earnings on the account. An average monthly ledger balance of at least $1,500.00 in your account will avoid a maintenance fee. If during any monthly period your average monthly ledger balance is less than $1,500.00, your account will be subject to a maintenance fee of $6.00 for that month. No monthly fee to have or use our check card. Reward Points earned on signature-based purchases only.

NOTICE OF CHANGES IN TEMPORARY FDIC INSURANCE
COVERAGE FOR TRANSACTION ACCOUNTS

All funds in a “noninterest-bearing transaction account” are insured in full by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation from December 31, 2010, through December 31, 2012. This temporary unlimited coverage is in addition to, and separate from, the coverage of at least $250,000 available to depositors under the FDIC’s general deposit insurance rules.

The term “noninterest-bearing transaction account” includes a traditional checking account or demand deposit account on which the insured depository institution pays no interest. It also includes Interest on Lawyers Trust Accounts ("IOLTAs"). It does not include other accounts, such as traditional checking or demand deposit accounts that may earn interest, NOW accounts, and money-market deposit accounts.

For more information about temporary FDIC insurance coverage of transaction accounts, visit the FDIC's website at www.fdic.gov.
